Washing the rug required lugging it down to a nearby river, submerging it while holding on tight and hoping the current didn’t take it away. As you can imagine, these methods only improved the appearance of the rug with varying degrees of success.

Finally, there’s a brand new technology: a cleaning system that mimics traditional cleaning by fully immersing and gently kneading the rug in a 1200 gallon tub, without worrying about a strong river current! Our special cold water solution designed for wool, cotton and silk rugs ensures safe and effective cleaning. Because fine area rugs are tightly knotted and woven, deep cleaning is the most effective method. Our total cleaning system includes dusting, washing and drying.
